Hager Funeral Home was founded in 1885. Originally established by Abner A. Wright, it continued by Eli Vile Wright and then by Fred Howard Wright. The funeral home was sold in 1962 to Kenneth Hager due to the illness of Fred. In 1982 Kenneth died and the funeral home was then operated by his wife, Lois and Fred's stepson, Bill Adams. In 1988 Bill bought Lois's interest in the business, but, retained the name Hager Funeral Home. Since that time we have added a monument company (Spring of 1991) and, a progressive pre-need business. At this time, we have two directors at Hager Funeral Home, William R. "Bill " Adams, and his son Billy Adams. As you can see, We Are Truly Family Owned and dedicated to serving your family. When you compare, you should probably think about what family and community owned means!
